Bobbys Fish and Chips Papamoa

A great little business with friendly staff. The food is fresh and tastes great. The prices are reasonable.

nothing but the best from bobby's, handy papamoa location, yes bobbys is more expensive than other places but their food is so much better quality, fish is always fresh.

A local chain of fish and chip shops which does well with the locals, especially Tauranga waterfront. Once it took ages to wait for my order, well over 20 minutes. After that, I learnt to not go there when I am in a hurry. Locals love it because it serves fish fresh from the boats i.e. the fish of the day changes depending on availability. Not my cup of tea though. Because a good batter and crispy chips is my priority and this place does not do it for me.

Fast service the oysters were very affordable and fresh and big selection the chips were hot and we'll seasoned big portion and fish was fresh and decent sized prices were affordable I would come here again

The Terakihi and battered prawns were really good. Fresh and not too heavy on the batter. Don't think have had a bad meal from here compared to the soggy watery hoki most other places use.
