went in to replace the Tissot battery on my watch. I was impressed at the cost being so reasonable in comparison with other stores.
I was also offered a free strap polish which was never suggested in any other establishment.
the only negative was the assistant who was pleasant but a bit lacking in the personal touch when I was trying to offer praise.
I notice more harsh comments have been given elsewhere on sites.
I would still recommend as personality nice but not essential.

I went and bought a watch for my grandson. Lovely friendly people, Was happy with my purchase. BUT very tricky to find, as I am not familiar with the area. So hopefully this is helpful feedback for other customers.. The shop is part of a block, so while the actual address is 109 Devonport road , the shop entrance is on Elizabeth Street, close to the corner where Devonport and Elizabeth intersect.
