With the expert tandem skydiving instructors at SkyDive Taupo, you'll jump out of our pink aircraft from 12,000 or 15,000 feet and into an incredible 45 second freefall over one of the world's most stunning dropzones. During the skydive you are surrounded by snow capped mountains & volcanoes and of course the clean, fresh blue of Lake Taupo! You will slow down from a 200km/h descent to a safe and controlled canopy landing. I had the best experience with Sky Dive Taupo for my first sky dive. My instructor was awesome and made me feel at ease when I was nervous but I had such a great jump and wonderful experience and it was so unforgettable. Definitely worth trying.

This place is great! The staff are friendly and reassuring, and they try and make sure that you have the best experience possible! I would do this again!

Remember that time you fell from 12,000 feet, through the clouds and parachuted down above lake Taupo? No? Then you need to do this. Blew. My. Mind. Four years on and I'm still telling people about it. Go jump out of a plane with someone strapped to your back. It'll change your life.
