Marahau Park Cafe

We were very pleasantly surprised by this place! My husband and I ordered a burger and a garden salad to share, not expecting much. Both were delicious! The salad was very fresh, (with amaaazing tomatoes, beets, sunflower seeds, etc.) and we loved the dressing. The burger was also fantastic.

Called in here while returning from the coastal walk. The lunch portions were generous and good value.

Located right at the entrance to the Abel Tasman national park. Good food, locally sourced, and a superb outdoor dining area with a kind of rustic look to it. Excellent option if you're just coming back from a day out in the park and are looking for a feed.

I had a great fruit smoothie and omelette here he day I started the Great Walk. Five days later, after reaching Wainui and getting a ride back to Marahau, I made sure to stop in for lunch before hitting the road. I was there a bit too early for pizza, though - I'll have to come back again!

Great place to go to before or after the Abel Tasman walk. had a lovely range to choose from. The atmosphere was perfect ad had a great vibe. Everyone was friendly and staff were lovely to talk to.
