Anatoki Salmon

Catch your own salmon and they'll smoke it for you on the spot! You can go here and not have to fish if you won't want to, they also have delicious salmon sashimi on offer just for lunch. A+, really delicious because it's as fresh as it gets.

After being to the salmon farms in Mackenzie this is a bit of a disappointment, it makes for an interesting visit for tourist I would image but was nothing that I would suggest to others as a must do whilst in the area.

Great activity in an awesome surrounding. Almost always catch a fish, and the pellets help. Not a long wait for the catch to be processed.

Great experience being able to catch our own fresh fish and have it filleted/cooked. Very simple to catch, so don't plan on fishing for long if you are just after one!

A great day out for the family, probably not so great for the salmon. Set in picnic like surroundings, catch a fish (which it is virtually impossible not to) and have it smoked in front of you with a variety of smoking flavours to chose from. Word to the wise, if you have two kids and they catch big fish its going to cost you $100. But you get to take it away and it fills in a day.
