Swanson Station Cafe

Great little cafe very handy spot to grab a nice coffee and muffin on way to a game of golf.

The Swanson Station Cafe is a great place to stop for a meal and worth the trip from Auckland just to do that. Especially on a lovely sunny winters day. The food was excellent. The chicken omelette full of chicken and delicious! The vegetarian big breakfast hard to fault. Both very good size servings. The Japanese lime tea a refreshing way to finish. The staff were friendly, helpful and the service very good. If you are looking for something a little special to do, take the train from Newmarket. Recommend.

Cute little cafe by the train station. Always nice to pop in here for a coffee or even stay for their huge burgers.
Quite a small area, and next to no room to sit inside, but there is plenty of room outside if you are dining in, which is also sheltered in case of rain.
