We are a small elite team of qualified carpenters and designers who specialise in leaky home repairs, re-cladding, alterations and additions. We supply a very flexible service ranging from small to large scale residential with our specialist in-house architectural design team with many years of experience in leaky home repairs. We have the technical knowledge and expertise to undertake the most complex leaky building situations and ensure a quality repair from the design stage to Building Consent, to the finished product. As Registered Master Builders, our company takes pride in the highest standard of work possible, achieving this standard of work with a great team of competent, experienced and reliable carpenters. The director of our Architectural design team has worked as a Durability Inspector and has in-depth knowledge of the processes and inspections required by council, and can provide all the documentation required to achieve Building Consent. We also work closely with registered Building Surveyors required on most Leaky Buildings. Our team is also available for new homes and additions, undertaken with the knowledge of what needs to be done to ensure that it is built right the first time.
