I don't go very often but do try to go. Love it how it gets so cold in there and you can experience places like other ski parks though not the natural feeling. Pricing is on the higher side but I keep my eye on the vouchers or offers. Love that they have the food option available, parking at the front, you can hire gear too and you do have the options to chose from. Service wise I have found the staff nice.

A great facility to have in Auckland! Snowplanet is perfect to get your snow legs ready at the beginning of the season or to practice your moves so you can hit those jumps when you head to the mountain. It is wise to visit at the quieter times which are generally Saturday and Sunday evenings.

Great place to spend a few hours. Can hire all gear or take your own. Staff are really helpful.

Very busy and crowded, but staff are very attentive to help and gives us tips on skiing. Very Helpful.

Bit on the expensive side but a load of fun for the whole family. Cafe is great idea. Friendly staff
