We had a transmission fitted by the team at Kaspas, they were friendly, helpful, did a pick up and drop of service and gave us a full written report on the work which accompanied our invoice, wonderful service :-) thanks heaps

My car was there with KASP for more than 2 months , It is an Audi A6 and the guys is not able to find the problem even after two month. They replace the some part and in the repair process damage some other parts and make the problem worst. I would never took my car there if the insurance company I worked with not asked me to do so.They told me some car took up to 6 months I need to be patient!!! My insurance accept to take the car somewhere else and I am only writing this to make sure another person has not get into trouble like me by such mistake. If your insurance ask you to take your car there make sure ask for alternative. I wish I could share all the proof and document somewhere for you guy to show you that is a real feedback.
