Whakarewarewa Maori Village Tours

i remember walking down when i was little to watch the penny divers recently went through with my sons kindy was amazing loved watching the food cooking and best hangi ive had i will be back

I really enjoyed my visit to Whakarewarewa, it is a lot more personalised and less busy than going to Te Puia next door so you miss the busloads full of tourists. It is a living village too so people still live here and it has a less commercial feel to it which is always nice. Performance is great

We went there after a Geothermal Workshop so it was like a good complement. The village is very nice, and you can see numeruous geothermal features. We really enjoyed it.

Must go to see and experience Maori culture and lifestyle. Clean, tidy restaurants and retails store with affordable price. Family operated and owned.
