Top Electrician! Phoned re an issue with a rental property, Shane ran through options and approximate prices with me to do the job needed. He contacted my property manager for tenant's number and shortly afterwards he text me to advise he'd contacted the occupant and organised a time with her for first thing following morning.
Job was done quickly and efficiently. Fantastic communication, work and phone call to follow up with myself. Wouldn't hesitate in using Shane again and would very highly recommend to other landlords and homeowners.
