I come here all the time while in Rotorua. Much bigger, has more variety than whakatane warehouse.

good range of items in stock at pricing that is affordable and reasonable quality. they have a good 12 month returns policy which is better than alot of stores and provides extra peace of mind when purchasing.

Great place to shop, lots of bargains

The store is always super busy but it is well laid-out so you can find what you're looking for. We always go in after seeing the specials on the website/delivered in the mail and have never been and had something that is out of stock. Service at the counters is nice and quick too, they're also open later over some public holiday periods. They have such a massive range of chocolate Easter eggs in store at the moment and are all organised by different price ranges which is handy if you're on a budget/have lots of kids to buy for!

Good size store thats always well stocked. Really handy location and plenty of parking. I shop here often and am always happy with my purchases and there very reasonable prices. Great bunch of staff who have helped me carry heavy items to my car before :)
