      The Factory Smokehouse is a hidden gem in Rotorua! They have by far the best burgers and fries as well as other sides. Definitely cannot fault them. Even the staff are amazing, from when you arrive they are immediately in service to you and welcome you instore.

      This place is a Celiacs dream, basically the whole menu is gluten free including the donuts. The service is fast, great priced and the staff are super knowledgeable on allergies.
