Skyline Rotorua

Luge is great gondallas lots of fun to great family entertainment. Only wish it was alot more affordable

This is a very cool place, took the whole family for a treat over easter - heaps of - well worth the cost for a full day of entertainment- recommend if you are in Vegas

Well worth a long detour!

With plans to head to Taupo for the long weekend, impulse and curiosity had me detouring out to Rotorua to try out the Luge. The day ended up with SkySwing, Luge and dinner at Stratosfare restaurant, and rounding out the night with non-stop night Luge until they locked it down at 10pm.

Not a cheap day out, but well worth every cent, every minute, every drop of extra petrol for the detour. The views are as spectacular as the rides are thrilling - the SkySwing is terrifyingly exciting, and that first moment of drop has you praying the safety harness (there's two, for added safety) will hold! The luge is high-speed fun but watch out for those hairpin turns. The restaurant is something amazing to watch in action, with attentive but unobtrusive staff, a huge array of food, all perfectly cooked, and the view out the window at night is quite magical.

I really enjoyed the gondola and felt safe

my experience at skyline was amazing! i went for the MTB riding and loved the range of tracks, to get back up the hill the gondola was kept fast and efficient by the staff, there was also barely any wait. I would highly recommend skyline and I will definitely be going back
