      Professional, reliable service providers. Communication is easy and staff are responsive. They provide good ongoing training for their staff which comes through in the quality of service provision.

      Very impressed by the service provision. The co-ordinator is relaible, flexible and very good at communicating with clients. Home help provision has been outstanding. When the usual staff memeber is off sick, the co-ordinator rings to confirm that another staff member can come the same day. I have found home help staff to be relaible, very friendly and trustworthy.
