Alpin Motel

This is our favourite place to stay whenever we're in Rotorua. Infact I've been coming here since I was a kid! Love the outdoor plunge pools, the rooms are very big and spacious and they have everything you need. They even have a sauna on site!

Value for money accommodation in Rotorua. The rooms were quite roomy for the family and very tidy. We made good use of our private spa and the thermal pool. You have to book the sauna but that was really great too.

Reliable accommodation. Love the private hottubs and the swimming pool. Nothing fancy but good for families and close to everything. Have stayed here twice now, as it is an affordable qnd comfortable placeto stop for a few days on our drive between Auckland and Wellington. We are planning to go back again in the new year with family.

I've been staying here since I was a young kid. It's the only place I stay, while in Rotorua. Every room has its own private plunge pool (Outdoor bath). It's always clean and tidy. The rooms are huge and have everything you need for a comfortable stay. It's always nice and quiet here. In the summer months they have a large outdoor swimming pool. There's a Sauna too! Really well priced and always a great stay.

From the outside it looks a bit run down, the room we stayed in was pretty modern and had two big comfortable double beds. We had a private spa outside in a private courtyard, which the children loved and we were encouraged by the staff to fill with bubbles for the kids. The only downfall was that the heat pump was out of action, but that was explained at check in and we had other heating options in room.
