i like this shop so handy being next to pak n save they have a nice big store great place to buy gifts and staff are very helpful

Nice staff, big range and handy being in the mall. They also have free blood pressure checks in this chemist! If you have a life pharmacy card you can collect loyalty points to receive $10 voucher! Great chemist.

Good product range but service is average. Usually the staff aren't interested or come off as rude.

Bought a product off the shelf that was supposedly on sale, the persons at the desk had no clue that it was on sale and the sale signage was very misleading. We end up paying the full price and was reasonably awkward experience. To be fair the sale itself was misleading and I can understand why the girl at the counter was confused.

I've always found the service to be a bit hit and miss. Some of the ladies are lovely and eager to help but there are a couple who aren't very welcoming nor helpful.
