Richmond store is convenient with plenty of parking outside and a large, spacious, clean store. Staff are knowledgeable and well trained to help you with whatever you need. Top notch customer service, and great deals with flybuys.

Apart from trying to upsell at times. They are generally really helpful, and offer competitive price matching but include flybuys so why go anywhere else.

Good parking, now that the road works are completed for this section of Queen St. Also handy that you can pick up you Flybuys Reward Items from the store.

I have bought many items from Noel Leeming Richmond. Staff are helpful and very knowledgable. Sometimes when all staff members are occupied it can be a very long wait to be served or assisted but overall a great store.
