Limited selection, prices much higher than nearby pak n save. Conveniently located at a major mall entrance. Last time we visited, about a month ago, checkout staff were too busy chatting to serve us so we walked out after waiting, unserved at the checkout.

Good location in Richmond but can be a bit overpriced, and being so close to a Pak n save it's hard to compete. Lots of parking and always friendly staff

Small supermarket in the mall but has a lot of what you need. A lot less busier than the other supermarkets around. Good selection, but pricier than Paknsave nearby. I do like that they are getting used to using boxes more.

Good location in the mall, But can find it a bit expensive compared to other supermarkets, but is convenient if just grabbing a few thing while in the mall. Nice staff and no long wait times at checkouts.
