      We purchased a new iPhone for my husband on Saturday 24th April 2021. Went home to try and get it connected to the computer to upload the information from the old iPhone and it did not connect to the computer. After a 3 hour online chat to Apple they advised us that there was a 14 day exchange return with Apple and that they believed the phone was faulty. We went back into the store the day after 25th April, there was no 'oh we are very sorry this has happened' or 'how can we help?' Just silence accusations of us tampering or damaging the phone and 'we will have to send it away for the technicians to look at'. We were offered a loan phone but told that if we damaged it we would have to pay for it, the loan phone had no protection, no screen cover or case, so we declined and left the shop with nothing but our original receipt and the document to say they were sending our brand new phone away to get repaired!!!!! We honestly might as well have been dealing with two Robots, terrible terrible customer service. I am very tempted to move my cell, landline and broadband to a new provider.

      Great service in this shop compared to the mall shops in Christchurch. Always a wait but when they get to you they are always so helpful.

      Terrible customer service. Very disappointed. My wife bought me Hue bulbs for Xmas. She chose the wrong fitting (ES27 rather than bayonet). Went in boxing day to exchange and they said they couldn't help cause the box had been opened. Next went to Noel Leemings to exchange something else and they were super helpful
