We have been bringing our vehicles to Rangiora Mazda for the last 12 years. Their service and attention to detail is second to none and is the reason we repeatedly return.
Their friendly team lead by Hamish are awesome to deal with - it’s always clear what the repair plan is and repairs are priced before commencing so there are no surprises.
The loan cars are a bonus - and they are always willing to work in with us regarding drop off and pick up times. We wouldn’t ever go anywhere else - Hamish and his team are awesome.

Durning level 3 I needed a replacement battery. My mother went with the roadside service to rangiora mazda. They replaced the battery but wouldn't let her leave until I showed I had paid online. They didn't offer any other way of payment including paywave! They apparently wouldn't allow us to pay the invoice later either. They held my mother for ransom at their centre until I paid online and provided them with a screenshot. This is terrible service and I will bring it to the attention of my roadside service provider.

Took my car here for a warrant and service a few years back. The warrant was completed by the owner who failed it for it's brakes. When I checked the allowable limit, I found my car was within the limit allowed. When I questioned it the owner issued me with a warrant. I thought this was pretty sloppy service and got the impression he had tried to take advantage (by trying to get me to get them to fix my brakes) because he thought I would not know any better. I decided to give them another chance and went back for my next WOF. This time one of the staff completed it for me instead of the owner and he was very professional and helpful and explained things fully to me (which is why I have not given this a single star review). They have courtesy cars available on request, although the one I was loaned was an older vehicle and it had very little petrol in it and needed topping up. They seem to know what they are doing mechanics-wise, but if they try to up-sell you on anything it might pay to check yourself if it really needs it or get a second opinion from another mechanic. The location is on a busy road which makes it difficult to get in and out of. I now use a different garage to service my car, as I didn't feel I could trust this one fully.
