Staff are helpful here, but I’ve noticed more and more frequently that the stores are ghost towns and the products are still the same products from years ago. There is no variation or change, like competitor stores. Nothing to look forward to etc.

This shop is pretty small compared with others in NZ but the customer service definitely makes up for it. It's hard to walk past this store without going in as it just smells so good even from outside. The products are really nicely organised and if you're not sure on a product the ladies sometimes give you a tester in a little pot when you buy something else

They have a wide range of products for everyone. I love their hand creams, body lotions and body wash the most. They also have a great gift set range, which makes great birthday or Christmas presents. The products are a bit pricey, but well worth it for the quality. The staff are also very friendly and informative and don't keep you waiting in a line to checkout.
