We loved our visit here! Stunning views, super kind and friendly staff, hot pools themselves were amazing and hot, we bought the pamper package which was a drink and chocolate bar extra and it was a great finishing touch. Would definitely go again and would absolutely recommend.

Really lovely and relaxing. Private, clean facilities, and the tubs don't have any chemicals in them (they use ozone to sterilise). Overlooking the shotover river and surrounding valley... would be lovely to go when the snow is falling or during fall. Fills up quickly for evening spots, so book early. Took off half a star because it's ridiculously expensive.

Gorgeous place for a relaxing soaking treat. The rooms are very private and well appointed. View over the river amazing. Yet to go back for romantic couples visit
