We stayed in this hotel as part of a work conference, actually the Mackenzies restaurant dinners were by far exceed the quality than some of the Queenstown restaurants that we tried. We have tried the steak and the fish of the day twice, and the consistency never falters. The decor resembles an old fashioned ski lodge filled with photos of Sir Ed Hillary and skiiers. Dinner is so filling that you have to pass on the dessert.
