Great hotel in a quite area of Queenstown bed was ever so comfortable we had a great stay here. Breakfast was great as well

We stayed here for two nights over the weekend. The room was lovely and serviced the next day by Mika who went above and beyond by folding/laying out the left over clothes on our bed. Nice to come back to after a day out.

I went here in May this year 31 which was a Friday night. Me and my other two friends stayed here, liked the customer service and also lake view. We had complimentary wine and some chocolates which was nice. I would come again in future.

What a lovely hotel. The rooms are tidy, the food is great and the staff are always friendly. Breakfast buffet in the morning. Pool, sauna, gym and jacuzzi to relax in after taking in the breathtaking views of Queenstown. Will visit here again.
