They have excellent customer service both instore and over the phone, if you ever need help with anything at all! Their mobile phone plan prices are very affordable and extremely competitive!

I've gone in many times to top up my phone, but they were very helpful the first time where they helped me put my sim card in and explained what would be the best phone plan for me. Great customer service.

Vodafone for prepay offer a good product which has a lot of options. In store staff are really helpful and did things like replacing a SIM card I left overseas without any hassle. The don't spam customers too much, I only wish their customer plans were able to change at a set time instead of at the time - as when I make a change I'm essentially losing one day
