      Great communication and service from this store. From ordering online to going in store and receiving paper work and phones it was smooth sailing. The staff are very helpful when it comes to trying to sort problems out and find a resolution. Stock is rather limited in store but if ordering online the store will have your phone in a few days. Store is always clean and tidy. Parking is a little tricky with it being up the busy part of the main street but if you don't mind walking its a very good store to get one on one customer service.

      Have had mixed experiences here at this store. When first ordering my phone it took a long time for the store to get it in stock and very poor communication from the team there, however any times I have been in since this the staff have been lovely and helpful
