      Awesome bunch of people that work here. They are super fast at repairing and getting insurance claim through and completed! They were great with working around my schedule and insured that the time and day suited. They were even prepared to do the repair at my home if the times and dates didn't suit. Couldn't ask for better customer service or workmanship. The job they did was fantastic and would highly recommend!

      As a previous customer here having had a windshield replaced a couple of years ago, I was happy to come back for a chip replacement on a new vehicle. I'd tried to book online but I was unable to, so I called this time and spoke with someone that was unable to give me an appointment but said an expert would call me the next morning, well I just received my call and the woman had a very rude tone right off the batt, she basically told me that I can book my appointment online, I said don't worry about it then and hung up!! I'll go to novice instead. What a let down just to try and make an appointment then be told to book it online!!

      After a poor experience at a different Smith & Smith I used the Pukekohe branch. I was so happy and well cared for by the team. The contact and communication was spot on and the windscreen replacement was fast and efficient. Great quality place of business.
