A small delay in getting to us, (understandable as im sure they are busy) Very friendly and efficient serviceman, would definitely use again

I have dealt with this company for many years and their service has been progressively getting worse and worse. This morning I rang up for an urgent repair only to be told that there is a wait time of over a week before they could attend to the problem. Perhaps S&J should be looking after their customers who have been supporting them over the years rather than committing to so much more work than they can possibly accomplish with their given staffing. I guess they are not in the business of service after all!!!
