Noel Leeming

I brought a sony 65 inch tv and payed for Noel Leeming tech team to install the TV in my home, they installed the TV, but when installing it they discovered that the internet wifi card inside the TV was not working, so they said they would replace the TV with a new TV, A week went by and i hadn't heard from them so i rang them to find out when they were coming with the replacement TV, and they told me that they wouldn't replace it and that they would send around someone to fix it onsite, so i said ok when would that happen and they said within a few days, So another week went past, so i went back to the Pukekohe store and they told me i had to ring sony and talk to them 1st, so at this stage i was tearing my hair out, so i went home to ring sony nz, before i rang them i thought what the hell i have a go at trying to connect my tv to the internet and it connected 1st time and has been good ever since,i will never deal with Noel Leeming again, just awful customer service

Products on the pricey side. Staff not always the most friendly

This shop has never really let us down. Insurance claims have been a breeze with this store along side the electrical bits and pieces that we have found hard to obtain in other shops. Prices are reflected on the quality so somethings are a little higher than other places. The staff are always very friendly and helpful but they are lacking in having a good amount of staff on hand especially when busy you may be stuck in line a while. Parking is awesome and located right outside the shop front. The shop is very roomy always clean and tidy aswell. They have a great selection of tvs in this store aswell as novelty items such as candy floss makers
