Noel Leeming

I brought a sony 65 inch tv and payed for Noel Leeming tech team to install the TV in my home, they installed the TV, but when installing it they discovered that the internet wifi card inside the TV was not working, so they said they would replace the TV with a new TV, A week went by and i hadn't heard from them so i rang them to find out when they were coming with the replacement TV, and they told me that they wouldn't replace it and that they would send around someone to fix it onsite, so i said ok when would that happen and they said within a few days, So another week went past, so i went back to the Pukekohe store and they told me i had to ring sony and talk to them 1st, so at this stage i was tearing my hair out, so i went home to ring sony nz, before i rang them i thought what the hell i have a go at trying to connect my tv to the internet and it connected 1st time and has been good ever since,i will never deal with Noel Leeming again, just awful customer service

Products on the pricey side. Staff not always the most friendly

knowledgeable staff there. The store has many variety of products to choose.

We always shop at Noel Leeming because we think that they have the best prices on tech and appliances available anywhere in the country, the staff at our local store is the best of all, and we can also earn ourselves lots of Flybuys too.

Was greeted as soon as i walked in the door made my first purchase with my flybuys card and they made it seam effortless i did ring beforhand to cheak stock availability and they put the item aside for me , very impressed
