Godfreys-Vacuum Cleaners

These guys are awesome. Bought a vacuum and steam mop and they were fab with there knowledge and recommendations. Ordered extra battery with no trouble and had a minor breakage of which they have sorted within 2 days and replaced under warranty. Could have had better service but have to be willing to pay the price in the first place.

Very genuine service by both the staff , very helpful bought a perfect carpet machine as required. Reasonable prices.

I went to the Pukekohe godfreys as i wad looking to buy a new vacuum. The sales rep was very friendly and they sell you a vacuum with a two year warranty.

the vacuum was a vax upright air, small and compact . a small clip broke about 6 months later so I returned to pukekohe Godfreys to get it fixed but they wanted to charge me $50 for a replacement part when i only needed a clip.

You can forget the warranty because they always find some excuse to say why the problem is covered and then try to charge you an extortionate amount to fix a vacuum that is only 6 months old.

poor service and the company is not interested in looking after loyal customers.

I emailed Godfreys and vax nz and still waiting for a reply and clip.

Great service. He allowed me to test Hoover’s out so I could select the correct one without being too pushy.
