The staff are wonderful and helpful! They are happy to give a hand and help with all situations and walk you through procedures till you are happy. They take really good care of you as a customer and your pet as a patient. They offer a range of products and services aswell. The store is lovely and open and always stocked with the latest things good for your pet! Prices are competitive with other vets in Pukekohe and parking is easily located at the front of the shop! They also have Wheelchair parking

The vets and nurses are great, when i had a cat pass away they were all so kind and supportive. They give you all the options and dont jump straight to the most expensive option. They are genuinely there to help not to make money.

Vets are very informative and helpful. Aftercare is always good with follow up calls to check how animals are going.
