awesome pet store for franklin to have in its district. Customer service is high in this store and the staff are very helpful. Great range of products for any animal that you may have as a pet and prices are pretty competitive. Loads of parking which is an added bonus. Store is nice, clean and tidy and the staff represent the store very well

Great customer service. As soon as I walked in, I was attended to by a nice trainee. Went to the store for dog food and treats and he gave his honest opinion of them. Would definitely go back again.

Staff are really helpful and will ensure you find the product you are after. Prices are a little steeper than other petshops. They have a huge range of everything pet related so worth a look. They also stock loose dog treats.

Great pet store.Love taking our dog there to use the dog bath and it's a great price to $10 for 10minutes including shampoo and conditioner..The kids love patting the rabbits.great friendly and helpful staff and good prices on toys and food.

Friendly staff and knowledgable on products, although they can be a little expensive.
A great aspect you actually take your pet in store with you and the staff have always been able to answer any questions I have had, including the correct collar and type needed to stop my dog from pulling when walk on the lead.
They have a wide range of pet food, toys, treats and accessories for cats, rodents, dogs, birds and fish.
