These guys are absolutely awesome! When everyone else told me between 3-5 days for a call out, Stephen was here within 2 hours. His wife Janet was so lovely to deal with on the phone, calling me back to see if it was alright for Stephen to come earlier. He showed me what I could do to my washing machine to ensure longevity and possibly avoid potential call outs. These people are salt of the earth and I would recommend them to anyone looking for stress free appliance repairs. Thank you!!

Great experienced advice, saved me the call out costs by remedying the problem over the phone. Asko dishwasher now running perfectly.

I couldn’t think of a business with worse customer service at the reception and booking. Janet ended up screaming at me over the phone and ultimately hanging up on me because I asked if someone could just drop a text or call in the event that no one answers the door.
