So much better than the Wellington store where the service is terrible. At the Porirua store the staff are nice and the queues are not as long. I love the new self service pattern drawers! I don't buy fabric at spotlight any more because they're so stingy and can't give you even a centimetre extra so inevitably you end up with a parallelogram because it hasn't been cut on grain and sometimes you end up with one edge measuring less than you paid for, making cutting out challenging. I also think the fabrics are overpriced for the quality and the haberdashery is expensive compared with other shops too. I only shop there for patterns now because there's better places to buy everything else. I've scored them an extra star because they have nice staff.

Is okay but has a smaller selection that other stores and I don't like the layout as I find it hard to find what I am after here. I wouldn't make a special trip to this store but always pop in if I am in the area as they have good specials.

Good range of products, though often quite a wait to be served. Love the clearance area and that there's heaps of parking. Always like check out the 'seasonal products' like Easter and Christmas as there's often some great things to make and do.

It's not the biggest store but they still have a good range of sewing machines

Customer service was good,they have varieties of collection in each and every products.but it's bit expensive
