2 hour wait for a delivery is not acceptable on a Friday night. Good in other areas.

Great on-line app. Work well arrive just on top and my pizza was ready. That systems is great

I went into the store to order. It was a busy night and the staff member was quite distracted while taking my order. It took longer than the advised 15 minute wait time but the pizza was nice. Will likely go back

Called and ordered pizza after the Hurricanes win last night. Sadly, it was a huge mistake. Our pizzas took over 35mins, despite being told 15mins, after one was burnt so remade but the rest were cold. Witnessed another families order made incorrectly...twice! Another customer watched his order be dropped on the floor, then given to him. He demanded they be remade and another lady checked her pizzas on pick up and they were both badly burnt to the point they were inedible.
The kitchen itself was disgusting. We have sworn off Dominos Porirua.
