      Terribly overpriced store, feels very rundown and stuck in another era. Unethical next day loans with high interest and takes items as collateral which when the customer defaults they sell at far more than the customer was given as a loan. Terrible place to sell second-hand goods - Trademe is a far better option.
      In saying this, the staff are nice, friendly, and helpful.

      I am very pleased with the first class service I received from Cash Converters Porirua online, when I bought a 0.42 solitaire 18 carat yellow gold ring from them, having resized to a Q size, in just $496. Can you believe it. What I liked the most is that before I decided to buy from them, I had enquired a quote for resizing to Q size on phone, and the CSR who served me quoted me $60 for it. However when they actually got it resized, they had to pay a little higher, but they did charge me only what they had quoted. SO HONEST AND EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Will happily buy from them again and again.
