Friendly helpful staff who listen to.your needs and offer great advice and products. Great to see they also support the Mana Parents Centre

I think the baby factory is real value for money. I visit the store regularly and enjoy shopping on their sale racks where they always have good discounts. I have purchased from them time and time again. This Porirua store is great as it's well laid out and the sale items are usually in the front doorway just waiting for you to browse through!
