Was initially thrilled with the service and knowledge of the salesperson we dealt with however let down when the product we ordered was delayed, and they didn't seem to want to know about it! I wasn't kept informed and had to keep following up myself

I have had a good experience with 2 degrees. They provide cheap alternatives to other mobile companies although their service cannot be accessed as easily in rural places. They have great stores in a number of locations (most commonly malls) with very helpful staff.
