The Village Bar & Kitchen

Service and food is hit and miss. The shoestring fries were a yummy addition to a drink after work but unfortunately replaced with thick cut- nice for some but not us! Will continue to go here on the occasion as it is local, however this could easily be an every weekend visit if the experience was consistently good.

Good size plates, and taste good too.
Staff at times can be a little inattentive, but I always find them friendly enough.We happened to be there for quiz night, so gave it a crack. It was more fun than I expected.

Absolutely love this bar. I caught up with some friends here after work and it was a great atmosphere was pumping the staff were very friendly. The guy at the bar was very nice he gave us some discounted drinks. We also had some fries for some snack but the drinks the beers and cocktails very reasonable price. They also have a clean toilets as well. Well located and easy access from parking in front of the bar.

Still going strong and always busy, a good menu to choose from. A bit tired perhaps, it could do with a good refurb, and was a bit of a wait for food the day we went there.
