Fresh fish available to self cook at home or traditional fish + chips to take away. Buy a fillet from the fish bar and have it freshly cooked to order - yummy!

Visited on a Sunday. The sign on the door said it opened at 11:00AM. It was 11:30AM, but the man at the shop said this was wrong and he would be opening at 12:00. We returned at 12:15PM and saw a new sign on the door saying opening at 12:30PM. We came back at 12:35PM and there was a new sign saying he would open at 1:00PM. Does this shop ever open? What is the real opening time? Is this a real fish shop?

First time ordering from here for several years. Great to finally have a decent potato fritter and boy are they huge. Scallops beautifully cooked as was the spring roll and curry roll, fish was lovely. Squid ring good, chips were very nice but surpassed by the potato fritters. The fish cake was nice but not quite what I was expecting. Overall a beautifully cooked meal that wasn't dripping in fat. Would definitely recommend.
