Terrible customer service. Wasn’t greater on entrance when there was no other customers in the shop. Did not want to print out potential flights for us to take with us. Wasn’t helpful/was rude when explain how a certain promotion worked. Told us to go somewhere else and book as might be cheaper, in a non helpful way. Would not recommend going here if you want to book a holiday. Very unhelpful and incredibly poor customer service

Very outdated travel agency. All the travel agent cared about was how much money he was going to make. Was given an expired duty free voucher and baggage tags which was just a poorly photocopied bit of paper in a tacky plastic sleeve. Would not recommend.
