A clean and well laid out store with friendly staff. I like that I can buy loose spices in the amounts that I need rather than pre packaged.

A huge variety of bulk bin products at a competitive price. I love that they also have bulk bin options for products that you only need small quantities for in recipes and would normally only be able to buy in bigger, pre-weighed packaging (e.g. potato starch, lecithin, etc.). I also love the fact that you can bring your own containers for bulk bin goodies, thereby saving on the single-use bags!
