Really knowledgeable about fish. Animals all seem well cared for although keeping rats outside in a tank is very disappointing. Rats are prone to respiratory illnesses and warmth is essential. They need to be in the store in a huge cage with hammocks and toys so customers can see what amazing pets they are rather than stuck in a fish tank outside.

Great range of fish and I enjoy talking to Mickey the parrot. The only negative thing I've experienced there was false information passed onto me to do with an item I purchased.

Do not pay in advance or buy anything over a few dollars from this company. IF anything goes wrong they will not refund even when they have the goods in their possession. Purchased a tank and paid for it in advance as requested. Tank and stand were delivered by their staff. Stand had been damaged and touched up with inkpen of some kind and looked like had acne. Staff took everything back. Following day owner emails he will refund but not until he has the money, which would not be until he has a good week. 6 weeks after I paid him I still do not have the money and he will not say when he will refund and I do not have a tank. He tells me to take the damaged tank and to sell it if I want my money. Owner blames everyone from Aquaone manufacturer of tank to me the customer. I have several aquaone tanks - made to a price but decent. Shop Owner says it's the worst tank stand he's ever assembled yet he delivered it. Avoid this guy - see his shop's own facebook page, with poor feedback.
