Toyota New Zealand's key operations are based from three locations: the National Customer Centre in Palmerston North, Thames Vehicle Operations in Thames and a Port of Entry facility and Corporate Sales Office in Auckland. We sell new Toyota and Lexus vehicles as well as used vehicles, parts and servicing. The key interface between Toyota and our customers is at the dealer level. We have an extensive network of Authorised Toyota Dealers throughout the country that are independently owned businesses, where skilled staff provide exceptional customer service.
