Staff are friendly, and very happy to help. You get charged booking fees online, so it actually pays to go in and purchase straight from the seller. You can choose your seats while in there too. Sometimes they have gifted us free ballet posters once they are no longer needed, which is lovely.

Staff always do their very best to accomodate you, but I find their booking fees annoying, and it is difficult to get a park outside to get tickets. They do have seating charts there so you can see your seat placement.
