We purchased a home almost 3 years ago now and decided to use TE LAW. When we first started everything was great but we were not told that the lawyer we were dealing with was going away on holiday when we went unconditional! So we struggled on our own having to find jps to witness us signing everything etc and trying to get our money for the homestart Grant and kiwisaver... We were not impressed to say the least. Worst part is I'm sure we still got charged the same! We are upgrading homes now as the family grows, but unfortunately won't be using them again
