Studio Rubix

The team are really friendly and super helpful. They helped me to set goals that were challenging but achievable. Though they were a bit overpriced for what I got but otherwise I always enjoyed going and working out there and getting some great advice.

I joined a gym once upon a time but like most people who do I failed to utilise it, Studio Rubix is the complete opposite - I signed up for a series of lunchtime sessions, and really hate missing them! Toby is great at encouraging and motivating, his sessions (and Kate's) cater to a range of abilities, but challenge everyone there. I'm getting fitter, and enjoying doing it!

I cant say enough about Studio Rubix, Toby and Kate are fantastic at what they have created at Studio Rubix. From individual work outs, group classes through to cooking classes and, nutrition they cover it all.
They make it fun and have a huge knowledge about the industry.

Toby & Kate are such a breath of fresh air and blow away all the barriers to being healthy. Their studio is a nice change from the gym environment, and they have thought of everyting, down to salon shampoos and GHD's!! The programs they put together are refreshing and empower you to achieve your goals. These guys not only offer all types of training advice and programs, but Kate is a nutritionalist and will show you how to make easy and delicious meals. What more could you want!!
