I was so happy with the way this store has been upgraded. This time around the store was finished, tidy, clean and easy to navigate, products are well displayed, I was looking for a very specific dance fabric and they had it , which I had really lost home to find at this point. Thank you!

Helpful staff. Needed to find beeswax and they showed me exactly where to find it. Reasonable price. Only thing that could have given them 5 stars was if they'd had shea butter too for the lip balm I wanted to make

I do love this shop but some of the displays are shocking. I wish the fabrics were set out better. It would be much easier to look for things. They should take a look at how the Mt Wgtn store in Auckland is set out. All the material is at eye level against the walls or in aisles. You see every roll clearly. And it's even colour coded which is great. Also there is never enough staff in the fabric areas to serve at the Palmerston North store. I always have to wait at least 15 - 20 minutes to get served which puts you off going.

Great store, very large, lots of craft items. Staff are great, really helpful. They also have some great specials if you watch.

Easy parking, can be messy and hard to manoeuvre the trolley. Staff are helpful. Not everything has a price which can be frustrating.
