Service is ok, staff seem friendly and helpful, but the glasses I had made up were terrible, and I had to get them remade a couple of times. Not sure where the fault lay, but for me, going cheaper was not worth it.

The ladies a very helpful when i was picking my frames, the store is very small tho. The man who tested my eyes was lovely.

I am not really one to look after my stuff, I will admit I'm a little careless so I'm always coming in and asking the ladies (and gents) if they could fix my frames and they don't judge me. They are so friendly and fix my glasses even when I think they're non repairable. I'm always leaving the store in awe at how good they turn my sight and they clean my glasses for free which is a big plus

They have a really great range of glasses to suit any budget, often have very good specials too. Very efficient in how they operate, handing you over from one person to the next to keep things moving. From my experience they're also honest in the most polite way, if your frames don't suit your face!
